Confession: I’ve rocked around the Christmas tree since the mid-1970s. (Ouch.)
I’ve heard it all, from Autrey’s reluctant Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (interesting story, we’ll be covering it soon!) to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir to Grandma Got run Over By a Reindeer and Mariah’s perennial All I Want for Christmas.
But I’ve never heard the likes of Juice Tha Black Beethoven’s collection of Christmas tunes. And I’ll bet you haven’t either.
Time to change all that! Let’s grab a sneak peek at three NEW and truly rockin’ holiday tunes from the pianomaster and composer himself.
Ready? Let’s Listen!
Following the announcement of a cool new all-ages Halloween series, Juice Tha Black Beethoven announced earlier this year that he’d be releasing several new holiday 2025 tracks, including one in a compilation now available on Amazon Music. At Christmas Alliance, we were honored to have an early listen, and now we’re bringing them to you! They are:
Heart of Christmas: If you’re looking for 20th/21st century traditional, this track has it all. We loved the strong, soulful female vocals and nostalgic piano. This is very listenable, with a moving sound and across-genres appeal.
I Wanna See You Smile This Christmas: This track starts off with a slow-paced intro you just know is going to deliver…and then it does. The song rocks with well-rounded lead female vocals and catchy harmony backup. It also has some great, very original lyrics.
Meet Me At the Mistletoe: Included in Independent No.1’s Christmas Special, Vol.11, this release features retro rockabilly instrumentals and rolling, upbeat male vocals. The lyrics are original and lots of fun, with just enough spice to make the kids giggle and the adults rock out.
Thanks for the music, Juice!

About Juice Tha Black Beethoven
Julius “Juice Tha Black Beethoven” is a classically trained pianist and third-generation musician who studied at the Cleveland Music School Settlement and earned his Bachelor of Music from Miami University.
Juice’s professional breakthrough came when Gloria Gaynor recorded his composition “Strive,” which reached the Billboard Hot 100.
From then until now (and, psst, so we hear, much more to come the future), he’s composed steadily. His work is at turns fun, soulful, adult or all-ages, brand-new and traditional, and includes genres all the way from country to blues to synth to contemporary. We’ll be watching for new releases and updating you! Have a favorite Juice track? Sound off in the comments!
